Kenya Coast Climate

Kenya's tropical coast is very pleasant for most of the year, temperatures ranging between 26-31 degrees C. It rains heavily from April to June and more lightly in October and November.

Hemingway is reputed to have said "I never knew of a morning in Africa when I woke that I was not happy." He spent a lot of time big game fishing off Kenya's coast for sailfish and marlin. Watamu was one of his favourite parts of the coast.
